Stepping away from the norm, guests at The Ellison can choose from a wide selection of tasty options from our newly created breakfast menu in the Siar Restaurant. All dishes are cooked to order, guaranteeing freshly cooked dishes, setting you up for a great start to the day.  

Our buffet breakfast selection offers something for everyone, choose from our homemade granola and cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cheese and cold meats platter, breads and pastries.

Our hot breakfast selection includes the classic full Irish, eggs to your liking.

For our guests that have particular dietary requirements we offer a gluten free and diary free section on our breakfast buffet.

Lunch in Siar Restaurant & Bar at The Ellison

No need for an excuse to dine out, the food at Siar Restaurant & Bar will draw you in!  Our lunch menu offers a selection of lighter dishes together with local favourites.  With the adjoining multi-storey car park, it’s a great location to stop off & call in. The style of The Ellison hotel carries through to the Siar Restaurant & Bar with a casual bistro style feel to our open plan restaurant.  Use of the multi - storey car park is free for our patrons.
